Who we are

Accessible Passenger Transport Services Limited (APTSL) is a non profit making organisation delivering a range of accessible transport services for the community in the Greater Manchester area. We place great emphasis on quality, safety and care, and endeavour to ensure that all of our passengers receive the best possible service to meet their needs. Drawing upon the benefit of special legislation in the 1985 Transport Act, we can operate vehicles under Section 19 permits, providing they assist in providing services for the following specified classes of persons allowed (See further details under Community Transport).
