ABOUT D & R CARPENTRY LIMITED

As the business grew, the company had to take on more staff ensuring that all of their employees shared the same vision and passion as the founding directors, as well as having the best qualifications in the industry. The company also began a trainee scheme, offering school and college leavers the opportunity to learn a trade and gain qualifications whilst earning a salary. Many of the original trainees are still employed by the company, having achieved their qualifications and proving their ability.

Since the beginning, much of D&R Carpentry's work has been through word of mouth reccommendation. In fact, the company once built seven extensions in one road due to neighbours seeing the quality of each other's new extension and requesting the details of the builder.
