About Us & The Powder White Experience
At Powder White, our aim is to provide Ski Holidays with total flexibility and superb service right from the time you make your first enquiry through to the end of your stay in one of our exclusive properties. In order to avoid the ship in/ship out feeling of so many of our competitors, we tailor-make your holiday to suit your requirements and will endeavour to avoid the rules and regulations of a 'skiing holiday' which are so often bestowed upon us.
To this end, we have operate a unique and flexible formula to fit in with you. Our properties are offered on a fully-catered, part-catered or self-catered basis. Each property will be exclusively managed by individually trained chalet managers (one for 6-9 guests, 2 for 10-12 + larger teams for larger chalets) who will deal with your every need throughout your stay. As well as providing superb home-cooked food, they will be on hand to arrange private transfers, ski tuition & passes or book tables in local restaurants on your behalf. There will be no reps giving you the hard sell and whilst our staff will be well-rewarded through one of the most generous packages in skiing, they will not be judged by any in resort events sales.

Myself and girlfriend between us have done 4 winter ski seasons in the French Alps. Staying with Emily in Courchevel 1650 was an utter pleasure. Her selfless attitude, attention to detail and care towards her guests was incomparable to any other I have seen. Quintessentially a great chalet, great company, and FANTASTIC Chalet Host.
Lydia and Nicola were amazing hosts, the Chalet location was much better than we anticipated and we couldn't have asked for more. The Chalet was perfect for our group and everyone had a great holiday. Lydia and Nicola (and Andy the resort manager) were very accommodating and very helpful. The food was great and we never went hungry once. There were many additional touches provided that made the holiday really special, especially pancakes on shrove tuesday. Thanks a million from Elly, Steve, Claire, Jessica, Meghan, Mark, Dawn Angela and Yasser! Look forward to booking next year enshallah!
Just to say on behalf of our chalet we had the most amazing week with Powder White. The office organisation was super efficient as always. Hattie was the best chalet host I have had by a mile. Every meal was so delicious and throughout the week she went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Everyone who stayed in the Napoli said they could never go back to self catering as Hattie was a champion.
We had a really wonderful time. The location of the Chalet Rendezvous was superb, ski in close to the Medran cabin. We booked a skiing lesson off piste through you. The instructor was brilliant so we kept him for two more days for some really good off piste skiing in lots of snow. Thanks for helping us booking the lesson. The chalet hosts Tom and Lisa made our stay lovely. They kept the chalet tidy and treated us with delicious food. The only complaint is that we ate too much.
Josh was an excellent chalet host, extremely friendly yet professional. Extremely reliable. Yet another fantastic skiing holiday thanks to Powder White, we will definitely be returning.

George our chalet host was simply brilliant. He could not have done more to make us feel comfortable in the chalet and his food was quite simply divine. He is a considerable asset for Powder White.
Head office staff were excellent, particularly Kathryn and Lucy - informative and very willing to help - massive focus on customer service. Andrew (our Chalet maid) was both friendly and very hardworking. Will book with you again!
Fantastic holiday! The chalet staff Seb and Izzy were very friendly, relaxed and professional. The resort manager Rachel made sure that we had all local information we could possibly need to get the most from our holiday. Would definitely consider using Powder White again!
Chalet host was excellent. Emma was very helpful and always offering solutions if we had any questions which is different to other places I have stayed where the attitude is generally its not my problem. The first night's dinner (pesto chicken) was the best meal I have had in months and I dine in fine dining restaurants regularly. The ski hire company were excellent and all went without a hitch. Overall I would recommend Powder white and I am likely to book again for next year via yourselves.
We had a great time at the Chalet Nina - our chalet hosts Chloe and Eleanor were extremely welcoming and cooked up some lovely dinners. The chalet itself is an absolute gem, large bedrooms; great sauna; and a cosy living room to relax in - just what you need at the end of a hard day's skiing. I'd definitely come back and would not hesitate in recommending the chalet/Powder White to friends.
The whole holiday experience was again, excellent after staying in the same chalet in 2013. Alexandra our host was particularly helpful, polite and made excellent food. Her cuisine was of a high standard and she made sure our group was looked after. The chalet was in good order and everything we needed was provided for, it represents excellent value for money and we would be interested in repeating for a third stay in 2015.
Our host Julian, although young was super lovely and chatty. He was very welcoming to our feedback on the food which was thoughtful. He went out his way to help with activities for us. And he even made a cake specifically that my partner loved. Great that you have relationship with White Storm so they pick up skis. Thanks will def recommend and use again.
