We are a provider of Employee Assistance Programmes, Staff Counselling and other related services throughout Hull and The East Riding of Yorkshire.

Established in 1997 we have consolidated our position as a leading provider of psychological services in both the public and private sector.

Working in partnership with Occupational Health Units across the country, Focus constructs Employee Assistance Programmes and Staff Counselling Services to support the Mental Health of managers, employes and their families.  

From our pleasant city centre premises we draw on the expertise of over 50 highly trained counsellors and psychotherapists to ensure the best standards of client care.
