Richard works as a general practice surveyor and has been a Partner in a large firm of estate agents for many years, been on the board of management of Lloyds Bank Black Horse Agencies and since 1989 been a Partner/Director in Cranes Chartered Surveyors which is now part of the AU Consultancy Group.

Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive Commercial and Senior Board, Chairman, Director and General Management Experience having worked for the Wimpey Group for over 30 years. In addition to operational responsibility across several business units, Stephen played a key role in the restructuring of the Wimpey UK Business, the merging of McLean Homes and the strategic acquisition of Laing and McAlpine Homes.

Whilst at Wimpey Stephen also acted on behalf of the company as a Trustee of the Pension Fund. He has also worked as a Director of a Development Funding Company and is experienced in structuring project funding and distressed debt recovery. As Chairman of the AU GROUP of Companies, Stephen works closely with Amal on all aspects of strategic business development bringing a wide range of knowledge and skills to the Practice.
