The Out of Wood Kitchen showroom has been open in Frances Street, Truro, Cornwall since 1991 and this will be the first point of contact for many clients. We pride ourselves on the high number of satisfied customers during this time who have been happy to recommend us to their friends for the quality of our work and the friendly service provided.

Under the ownership of Clive Martin throughout its history, Out of Wood brings wide experience to your kitchen or bedroom project and offers a full design and installation service. This service has been further enhanced over the last few years when Clive opened under license a branch of Fired Earth in Truro, Cornwall. This means that the fabulous tiles, paints, furniture and bathroom products from the Fired Earth range can be used to add that stunning final touch whatever your project.

Our workshop is at Threemilestone just outside Truro, Cornwall and we have recently been updating the woodworking machinery with a new spindle moulder and sanding equipment. The talented Out of Wood craftsmen have many years of experience between them and the emphasis is on team work to ensure that each project arrives at a successful conclusion.

The kitchens and bedrooms produced at the workshop may be in natural oak, ash, walnut or maple. Where a paint finish is required we would usually use either oak or tulipwood with the paint colours from the Fired Earth range providing the final touch. Each project is individually designed with clients wishes in mind so that the furniture will compliment the lifestyle and surroundings for which it is produced. Where a totally bespoke approach is not called for, Out of Wood can offer a range of high quality English manufactured kitchens that can be customised to create the perfect result.
