ABOUT LOOK AT YOU LIMITED

If we agree to work together, we clearly outline how we will work - what is to be achieved, the timescale, the timing of our sessions and the costs. We usually meet weekly for a 'counselling hour' of 50 minutes. The time is yours to explore your issues as you wish.

Running alongside a successful long term career, I started to train as a counsellor in 2003 in SW London. As part of a Diploma in Integrative Counselling I worked with the Kingston Women’s Centre to qualify. In 2007 I moved to West Sussex where I’ve continued to work with a charity and both private and corporate EAP clients. Over the years, I’ve continued to learn other approaches to counselling – such as CBT, TA, Solution Focussed, EMDR - and I incorporate them into my work today where it’s appropriate and helpful for a client.

Why See a Counsellor?

To talk to someone who will listen to you, impartially and in confidence without making judgements. To give yourself the time and space to be honest with yourself. You don’t have to pretend, just be you. To create an opportunity for yourself to explore who you are now and how you want to be.

As an employer, you may want to offer impartial, objective and confidential support to your staff. They may be facing difficulties that are affecting them – in both their work and personal life. Stress is a major cause of ill-health. You may wish to offer staff a number of sessions to try and help them manage their distress and find solutions in a secure and supportive environment separate to the workplace.
