The core business of Solitair Services Limited is within the mechanical building services sector, covering all aspects of HVAC Plant, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, pumps and associated equipment.  It is centered on the belief that the client is looking for a service that combines quality, efficiency and reliability with a professional, enthusiastic, personal approach and a track record which proves the company can actually deliver. 

Since its formation in 1999, Solitair Services has steadily grown into the established, successful company it is today. We are an approachable company, who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice. 

The diverse scope of knowledge and expertise of all the staff, from mobile technicians to the directors, facilitates the direct communication with our clients. All our service technicians are qualified to current industry recognised standards, to ensure that we can help our clients meet their obligations. We are therefore able to confidently offer a comprehensive range of competitively priced services with the minimum of disruption.

We are approved contractors to private healthcare organisations, commercial, industrial and business premises, IT/ communications industry and leisure establishments. Accreditations held by us include Gas Safe Register and Refcom F-Gas certification.
