The Will Writing Company Limited has submitted an application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to the effect that the firm cease to be a regulated law firm, effective 31 December 2017, and for reasons of insolvency is currently winding down all activities towards full closure. Although the Company will no longer trade as a regulated firm of solicitors it is operating, during the closure process, in compliance with regulatory and insolvency rules. If you have a Will, or Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), or indeed any other work in progress then we can not now complete it, amend it or later change it in any way, and you should seek advice from other suitably experienced / qualified estate planning practitioners.
