Company Founder
Richard Jeynes has been Managing Director and Consultant since founding the Company. Before becoming freelance he worked for over 10 years in the Civil Service, and for over 15 years in Zurich Life Assurance Ltd.Since then he has provided services for a range of companies including National Westminster Bank, Norwich Union, Computer Sciences Corporation and the London Borough of Camden.
We are based in the South, in Hampshire where much of the South coast and southern counties are easily accessible.
Everything we do in business is based on information. It may be on databases, in paper files, on emails or mobile phones. One thing is sure: it's all pervasive but extremely difficult to manage. Information governance puts roles, responsibilities and a control structure in place so that it's clear how information should be looked after.
Information will only be useful and have value when the records where it resides are properly organised. Records management provides policies and procedures which ensure that records are kept accurate and up-to-date, safe, and available to those who need to access it.
Much work need not be full time, especially once the programme is agreed and set up, so we're happy backing off and providing the appropriate level of support and review.
