Our support team are based at Our Workplace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire which provide us with an ideal central work place with excellent communications. Our engineers live in both north and south Oxfordshire providing a geographic spread across the county. We also have excellent train and road routes to both London and the surrounding areas.

The company was formed as a partnership in 1993 to provide maintenance and support services for Norsk Data Mini Systems. A wide range of customers with large mission critical systems were supported in a wide range of businesses, in particular the Newspaper and Insurance sectors. In 1998 the Limited company was formed by original founders, Paul Horseman and Peter McLaughlin and the company began focusing on support for small to medium business. Initially several platforms were supported including Solaris, SCO, Novell, DOS, NT and well as continuing to support the existing customer base.

Flex IT Support has continued to develop as the needs of customers and products have change. Today we provided “Smart IT Solutions combined with Flexible and Quality Services for Businesses”. We have a growing satisfied customer base that can provide testimonials and references if required. Flex IT Support has accounts with the leading IT suppliers and distributors in UK for both hardware and software and are able to dual source most products. Partnerships with product vendors’ gives us direct support and training when needed.
