The Superior Service Company limited is a locally based independent staff agency established in 1998 specialising in the industrial contract and temporary staff.

We are supplying some companies with as little as one or two and others with entire production teams using as many as one hundred operatives per day, For companies with fluctuating production levels, agencies like us are an essential service enabling them to cope with varying customer demands while keeping their fixed staff overheads to a minimum.

Our commitment is to offer an honest, efficient and professionally tailored service to meet your individual requirements, The starting point for this is to understand your business as each client will have its each unique requirement, this success can only be achieved through our understanding of your business.

As part of our normal interview and recruitment procedure, which includes rigorous checks regarding eligibility to work in the UK,all of our staff are trained in Health and Safety, Manual Handling and Basic Food Hygiene training, This induction training will help get the right quality staff you require ensuring we supply staff consistent to your needs meeting the work objectives which attain added value to your business.

If you need an extra pair of hands or a whole production team, we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements and should you wish to confirm our reliability and the quality of our workers we will supply on request a list of existing clients, who we are sure will recommend our services to you.

We have a client specific induction booklet and this gives the respective staff insight of the policies and procedures also enabling them to learn about the company whom they are working for, but more importantly fitting into the Business environment "feeling part of the team". The booklet also includes what the business requirements are for the staff supplied and what the business will expect as a minimum.
