ABOUT RESIN FIX LIMITED

Hi, my name is Stephen and I started this company back in 1996 working from a home office from scratch and few resources. That’s over 20 years ago. My experience is surveying orientated and I achieved my Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors qualification around 1985. I am responsible for the technical recommendations that Resinfix provides and therefore just to give you a brief summary of my experience. I started as a quantity surveyor working on site for a national housebuilder. After achieving a bachelor of science degree, I was given additional responsibilities including writing specifications, surveying defects and providing quotations. It was around 1980 that I started work in the concrete repair industry mainly scouring for defects on multi story buildings from cradle access platforms. This work covered local authority housing blocks as an example. To summarise, I have worked on the smallest and largest projects mainly of a general build/ refurbishment nature, but many of the specialist works we get involved with are also utilities and factory installations. For almost 10 years I worked for other specialist concrete repair companies as a manager or director and back in 1996 braved the plunge of working for myself. Oh my....and after 21 years of hard work for all types of customers on tiny jobs and work up to around £250,000 in value which has ranged with all the work described on this website together with general construction and repairs including design and build the experience has been invaluable and that broader experience gives us the unique insight into the whole construction process when offering solutions for customers which many other companies do not have in this field. We hope that we can help as many customers as possible solve their defects that they come to us with and we will always point them in the right direction whether or not we have the capabilities to tackle them ourselves. We will only carry out any work that we have fully investigated and will meet the criteria of the customer. We are sure you will find us different and attentive to detail which is usually the requirement necessary for solving most construction difficulties.
