I set up my company working from home but as I started to acquire new clients I needed a better option. – our latest innovation is co-working office space for entrepreneurs and small business owners. This includes hot desking, resident desks, serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices. Membership of the UOE Hub includes membership of the NearDesk network allowing our members to work at over 250 co-working spaces across the UK. UOE currently has one Hub in Hertford and will be opening a second in Stoke Newington at the beginning of 2018.
Everyone who works at UOE is trained in every aspect of the business, so there’s always someone to help you, whatever your query. If you need the services of a product specialist, there will be someone in every Store and in the office who can help. In fact, across the entire company, we’ve got hundreds of years of experience on everything from typewriter ribbons to tablet computing. If you have a question, we will have someone with the answer.

Products
We currently sell more than 3,000 products which have a recyclable content of 50% or more, and are continually attempting to increase this number of products within our portfolio.
Our delivery boxes are designed to ensure the products arrive undamaged. 95% of orders are despatched in fully recyclable cardboard, with other packaging materials kept to a minimum and only used when no alternative can be utilised.
We continually investigate ways to improve our business’s waste disposal operations at all locations in order to minimise the effect on the environment.

The B series paper sizes were created in order to provide paper sizes that weren’t covered by the A series and although far less common in day-to-day use are an accepted sizing format.
Paper used in UK offices is usually between 70gsm and 80gsm. Heavier weight paper, ranging from 90gsm to 120gsm, is often used for letterheads and formal correspondence. The accepted point at which paper is defined as card is 160gsm. The common weight for business cards is between 300-400gsm.
