Sponmech Safety Systems are leading experts at solving industrial safety and noise problems in the United Kingdom. We design and manufacture safety fencing systems for automation and logistic projects. We have an enormous history and experience of producing bespoke machinery guarding and bespoke acoustic enclosures.

Sponmech design and manufacture three different types of hand-crafted perimeter safety fencing systems that are custom built for durability and reliability. We supply Webster and Bennett guards from stock designs, and we supply Horizontal boring machine guards from stock designs. We provide standard lathe, milling machine, drilling machine and grinding machine guards.

Sponmech is equipped with a full in-house CAD Design facility using the very latest inventor package ‘Autodesk Product Design Suite 2017’. Amongst our armor of machinery there includes CNC punch pressing machines, CNC press braking machines and CNC guillotines. We work with a range of materials from Stainless Steel to Polycarbonate.
