We provide the turned part and precision component machining industry with specialist tooling to a wide variety of subcontract and OEM component manufacturers. The products offered are from some of Europe's top names providing quality at realistic prices. Whilst the principle ranges of products are for the popular CNC sliding head automatic lathes, this has been enhanced to include milling tools, spindle tooling and driven tools for fixed head lathes, VMC’s, multi-spindle machines, CNC tool grinding machines and rotary machines. This is supported by the technical expertise based on many years of experience and product development with machine suppliers and tooling manufacturers. We are proud of our growth, despite the economic roller-coaster we all have to ride, we have stood by our philosophy of investment in good stock, efficient systems, and most of all people.

The company was formed in 1990 by Richard Floyd with help of his father Bill Floyd. Both Directors were experienced in the area of turned part manufacturing, and with Richard’s experience gained from working in Switzerland, they were able to work closely with key manufacturers of tooling products for cam operated sliding head machines like Tornos, Bechler & Petermann. With the advances in CNC technology, the company was asked to supply the first collets and bushes and the latest insert tooling for this new generation of machines that are now a familiar sight in component production companies. Since these early days, the company has grown to become the recognised leading supplier of these specialist tools.

Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our suppliers, end user customers and distributors based on value and knowledge. The result is a team of people that continue to grow their experience in the field of tooling for precision component machining. Our investment in IT and logistics has provided customer support and service that is second-to-none. Making use of innovative technology means our customers choose us not only for our experience and knowledge but for their convenience too.
