Modbay Limited specialise in Industrial Building Refurbishment from roofing, cladding, asbestos removal and replacement, steelwork, internal linings/partitions, fire linings and specialist gutter linings – whether you require a small gutter leak dealt with or a complete building re-sheeted we aim to provide a prompt, reliable, friendly and professional service.

In addition to building refurbishments, we are also able to supply and erect portal frame steel buildings of all sizes.

We are based in Norwich, Norfolk and operate throughout East Anglia. We are able to complete projects of all sizes by utilising a number of trusted contractors with whom we have previously worked with.

Modbay Limited are approved installers of Plygene Gutterline which is a system developed exclusively for built-in sectional concrete gutters.
