Pre-production proofs will be sent if the requirement is very large or of a complicated design. Samples are not chargeable unless the order does not proceed. Fine Bone China samples are always charged at cost, as are transfers printed samples.

Throughout most of our trading year delivery can usually be achieved in 3 – 4 weeks. Lead times can alter during peak times and holidays, but the company will make every attempt to meet your required deadline.

Ceramics is an imprecise science. Owing to the nature of the firing and manufacturing processes the company reserve the right to deliver within 5% of the ordered total. The company cannot guarantee to match exactly a customers colour but will be endeavor to satisfy the requirements.

Promotional Ceramics operates from Stoke on Trent , the World Centre of Ceramics. The company has been trading for more than 25 years and has a wealth of experience in the ceramic and glassware markets. It has strategic alliances with companies in the Far East and the USA to broaden its offering to the promotions market.
