For private clients I offer one to one coaching for professional and personal development and career transition support for those who are re-entering the job market or looking for a career change. For organisations I specialise in developing performance, leadership, management and interpersonal skills through one to one and team coaching and by training managers in the art of holding coaching style conversations with their staff to maximise performance. I also provide career transition support for staff, in groups or individually, whose jobs are redundant following a business restructure.
