Based in East Lancashire, the company operates a production environment manufacturing precision components and mechanical assemblies. Bright Engineering originally began life producing jigs and fixtures for the Aerospace Industry. Bright Engineering later moved into the Motorsport market, producing components for a motorbike rider who went on to become British Champion and later World Super-Bike rider. Since that time, Bright Engineering has prospered almost entirely on word-of-mouth recommendation from customers who recognise quality workmanship.

Thanks to our excellent quality of service and continuous investment in the latest Mazak & Doosan CNC Machines, Bright Engineering has been able to expand into challenging new markets such as Defence, Power Generation, Medical & Electronics, and the Company now supports customers from all over the UK and Ireland. Bright Engineering has significantly grown its presence in the Aerospace market by securing significant contracts for the manufacture of Aircraft Seating components, for both commercial and military aircraft as well as military lighting products for Land, Air and Naval platforms.

Bright Engineering's position as a recognised supplier to the Aerospace sector is thanks to its investments in technology as well as the flexibility and technical know-how of its people. The company is approved to the AS9100 Aerospace standard, and has been responsible for producing components for all manner of Aerospace applications, including aircraft interior assemblies, military seating, commercial seating, and bed seats for first class cabins.
