Far House, luxury self catering Peak District accommodation

Located on the edge of the Roaches, near the market town of Leek, Far House sleeps up to 12 guests and is ideal for families or larger groups. We offer luxury accommodation for a fantastic weekend break or a week-long stay, with stunning views of Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

Far House was originally a working farm. The house underwent a full renovation, which was completed in 2012. Tastefully decorated and modernized, while still retaining original period features throughout, this 5 bedroomed self-catering farmhouse has everything you need for a relaxing holiday or short break in the Peak District.

Our proximity to the famous Roaches – a beautiful escarpment, which offers some of the best gritstone climbing in the country and breathtaking walks – makes Far House a popular base for visitors keen on rambling, climbing and bouldering.

We are situated in Upper Hulme, just off the main A53 Buxton to Leek Road. Follow the signs for Upper Hulme off the A53 and then follow the signs for the Tea Rooms. Once past the Tea Rooms we are the next drive on the left hand side.
