Fostering a firm belief that ‘injury prevention’ is the way forward in sport’s healthcare, James harnesses his academic and practical understanding of sports and exercise to help prevent injury and fulfil his patients’ goals.
In his free time James enjoys playing golf, watching football & rugby and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. As James has a passion for Chiropractic he also frequently reads up on the latest research and attends regular CPD courses to improve his knowledge and to provide the best care possible.
James has helped me with a niggle in my shoulder which I had for years, he’s stopped my daily headaches, but more importantly for me he has helped with excruciating lower back pain which stopped me training properly for 4 months. Between stretches, massage, manipulation, and some acupuncture I feel good as new, in fact I feel so much stronger than before!! I can now train pain free, something I genuinely thought at one point would never happen again. I can’t recommend him enough!!
