We are situation just off Junction 7 of the M65 in lancashire.  If your travelling from the M6 / Preston, Exit the motorway at Junction 7 and take the first exit, Move into the right hand lane to turn Right at the traffic light junction, take your first LEFT into Petre Road and follow this round around the bends past the Cardboard Box company and then turn Right into Cunliffe Course, we are the Last Unit on the left. If your travelling from Burnley / Colne towards preston, the instructions are the same only you initially take the third exist from the Junction 7 Rounderbout.
