Drawing Desk is a forward thinking architectural design company founded in April 2016 by owner and director, Parminder Bal. Graduating with a BSc Honours in Architectural Design Technology and Production in 2008, Parminder has over 9 years of experience working in various sectors including housing, retail and commercial. The company specialises in providing residential designs for a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, investors, private clients and other UK businesses. This team have created a sustainable approach to architecture through years of experience producing unique executive detached homes and large international mixed-use schemes. Technology plays a key role in their work and the company use the latest technology to maximise the design quality, including laser scanners and 3D visualisation. The company is centrally based in Coventry Technology Park and now has a national reputation with completed projects in all corners of the country.
