The Company and Staff
Forum Auctions is the specialist auction house for Antiquarian Books and Manuscripts, 20th Century Literature, Modern & Contemporary Art and Editions, Old Master Prints and Drawings, Photographs and other Works on Paper.
Forum Auctions has been established to address the needs of international collectors in all Works on Paper categories and further benefits from premises in New York and Italy. Fielding an exceptional senior team of experienced specialists, we aim to provide both vendors and buyers with a 21st century auction service, combining all the advantages presented by today's internet technology together with those attributes of the traditional auction experience that simply cannot be replicated online.
Our signature sales are presented in comprehensively illustrated and researched catalogues and physically auctioned alongside our user-friendly internet and phone bidding facilities. Additionally, and in recognition of changes in the market over recent years, we will also be offering a revolving series of curated online auction events, in all cases making the material conveniently available for pre-sale viewing.
“Peter Harrington Rare Books has dealt with the Forum Auctions team for many years. We look forward to working with them in their new venture.”
"Stephan was Barnebys' first customer in the United Kingdom. I have appreciated his understanding of the auction industry which, together with his previous business experience, makes him very open to new concepts and technologies. Barnebys are looking forward to working with Forum Auctions and participating in this new company's growth."
"We have enjoyed a long and fruitful association with Stephan Ludwig and his team at Forum Auctions. Everyone at ATG Media is confident in wishing the company every success in this exciting new venture."
