Originally established by Derek Gough in 1993, today Derek oversees the running and management of a practice team that provides professional, timely and accurate costing advice for over 20 years. We are proud to be a leading provider of specialist building cost analysis to clients and contractors, both personal and corporate.
We focus our time, energy, experience and resources into providing what our clients need from us, we listen to what they say, ask the right questions and design the appropriate service for them, we provide the service they need. Clients need to be happy that we have added real value to the project or there is no point to having a Quantity Surveyor on the project.

For nearly all her working life, Philippa has worked in the waste management industry. Starting out as a management accountant, Philippa’s roles gradually expanded into key areas including business development and growth.
Having studied theology at Durham University, Edward went on to take his post-graduate studies in law and was called to the Bar in 2010. He has worked for a variety of human rights organisations in Cambodia and has worked on business and human rights and legal education programs for a rule of law firm based in Phnom Penh.
