Rochdale Pilates Studio offers a variety of exercise programs centred around Pilates suitable for our customers who come and keep fit, enhance sports performance (e.g. football, running, tennis, golf, rugby, cycling, motocross, horse riding etc) or are recovering from injury, surgery or illness.
