In practice, most jobs are completed in business hours Monday to Friday as that is when you are working. BUT we also have hosting support developers working round the clock and can help in an emergency.
We always play fair and we’ve found our customers do to so it just worx. It’s clearly its not reasonable to expect hundreds of hours of work each month for a small monthly fee but you can expect friendly polite staff, on hand to help you get the most from your website.
As a rule we aim to complete tasks on the same business day, most within 4 hours, but our guaranteed turnaround time is dependant on your plan. We guarantee to turn jobs around within 4 hours for our VIPs, 8 hours for our Pros, and 5 days for Growth.
Most often we simply make a copy of your existing website on our WordPress platform. However, we realise that if your site is really outdated or broken, making a copy wouldn’t be particularly helpful! So while we review it ready to move it onto our platform we keep an eye out for ways to improve it, using things like more modern themes and layouts, then run these by you before implementing them.
Can you help if my site has been hacked?
Yes. Customers get these small fixes as part of the Worx plans. If it turns out to be a much larger job we will inform you and then we can discuss what you want to do. All our plans include regular security scans which help to reduce the risk.
No. We don’t have a white label side to our business but we do have a very generous affiliate program you can join.
The Worx team can start working on setting up your site on the same business day you sign up. We have to check your details and activate your account first then we move the existing content onto the Worx Managed WordPress platform.
We only do monthly plans, with any larger one-off jobs requiring Custom Worx. The main reason is our Worx service is provided on an ultra secure, locked down version of WordPress and the team know every inch of how it works – this is how we can do so much for so little.
