He has advised management on organisational redesign, target operating models, operational transformation, cost reduction and M&A in capital markets, insurance, retail financial services, wealth management and commercial finance.

After an early career in the Army, I have spent the last 16 years in the City of London, initially working for GE Capital, Citigroup, Xchanging and latterly Deutsche Bank. I also founded Venturehaus in 2002 and as a management consultant over 9 years, advised and worked with over 30 banks, insurance companies and financial services firms globally.
