Thomas has 30 years of experience in the London market with a background in North American and International business specialising for 10 years in claims management for Motor, Property and Liability binding authorities.
Thomas has significant experience of managing coverholder and TPA reviews for most classes of business including Property, Liability, Accident & Health, Motor, Professional Indemnity, Marine and Aviation as well as reinsurance inspection, litigation support and due diligence projects. Thomas was also run off manager of an underwriting agency pool for 8 years involving Professional Indemnity and APH claims.
Robert has over 40 years of experience in the London market specialising in Personal Accident & Travel including 16 years as Financial Director and Company Secretary for a Lloyd's Broker and 5 years as a Travel Underwriter for a leading London Company.
Robert has substantial experience of managing coverholder reviews and due diligence audits which includes litigation support for Personal Accident & Travel. Robert has participated in audits for various other classes of business in particular Legal Expense, Affinity and similar high volume accounts as well as undertaking financial reviews.
Ann has worked in the (re)insurance industry for over 40 years and has extensive experience of managing coverholder and delegated authority audits across non-life classes of business including Property, Liability, Motor and Professional Indemnity with specialisation in Latent Defect related risks.
Ann was a leading underwriter of proportional treaty reinsurance business including underwriting and claims audits on the direct operations of client companies and has over 20 years' experience of inspection of records, litigation support and commutation negotiation for complex risks and long tail exposures.
