Our team has run businesses and consulted across diverse sectors, but our passion is for business services. We founded Reddish Green because we wanted to create more positive change for more businesses. For us that means becoming part of the fabric, understanding and connecting with the people at the heart of the organisations we partner. It means joining forces, sharing risk and reward and ultimately seeing things through together.
Jason is an investor and business owner, an experienced chief executive and dealmaker. He started as a chartered accountant and commercial director but quickly became interested in the power of creativity and business transformation.
He joined Bupa as head of Innovation before taking a series of senior leadership roles across professional services. Jason has started businesses and built teams, he has transformed companies in partnership with private equity and high net worth syndicates and realised value through buy and build, operational transformation, integration and turnaround.
Max unlocks how businesses work, analysing their structures to help design new systems and processes that enable change. His experience includes major professional services groups in the healthcare, law and insurance sectors.
Stefan positions businesses, defining what they stand for and what makes them stand out in the competitive marketplace, creating a clear and compelling message for customers and employees.
Stephen is a designer and creative director. He develops brand identities for businesses, products, services and experiences, helping them to stand out, connect with customers and create deeper relationships. Before joining forces with Stefan and the Reddish Green team Stephen worked in several major branding agencies and as an independent consultant.
