Healthcare Discount Store was formed in April last year, initially it was going to be a ‘Pin’ money business for Lee the company director, due to having to give up work to look after our children. Both Myself and Lee decided to start selling items online line through online Auction selling platforms. After 3 months we seen a rapid growth as we were offering well known established brands at reasonable prices. By selling the items at such low prices we have to ensure that we turn over as much stock as possible as quick as possible. As we approached the winter months of 2015, We decided to look at creating our own online shop where we could make slightly better margins as well as offering an even better discount to customer by splitting some of the Auction fees with ourselves and our customers.
To date we have been able to employ 2 members of staff and have moved from our own home to a purpose built office. We want to continue to offer our customers high street prices at ‘rock bottom’ prices, we are a small family run business and want to be able to make our customers not only feel that they are getting a good deal but also feel apart of our journey and to share the best shopping experience possible.
