Hello and welcome to CenTrain!

When I set this business up my mission being that of working closely with small and medium sized businesses and their staff to ascertain and meet both parties training requirements. The main aim is to deliver a wide variety of nationally recognised qualifications including Apprenticeship frameworks as well as other vocational qualifications which are focused on meeting the needs of employers. Our basic level team’s ethos is to deliver as much of the training in the workplace itself and to be flexible in all aspects of our delivery.

For over two decades I have personally lived and breathed in the education and training sector at one level or another – working in community education delivering under FEFC rules, then under LSC and more recently with the Skills Funding Agency. In addition I have first-hand business experience in various industries and realise that businesses of all sizes need an edge to compete. My focus with CenTrain is to deliver business training solutions that give employers the edge- simple as that!
