Excellent group of builders. Managed well by Russ and his team backed up by Martin. Best thing about these builders are the quality of work and the fact they said 7 weeks and completed in 7 weeks. The quote is detailed so the builder and the client knows where they stand when those tricky situations occur. And they do occur. Russ is patient and talks through all the different ways of doing the job. It takes the stress out of having the work done. On completion there were a couple of snags but they came back quickly to complete. Anymore work we need doing and we will definitely be calling these guys back
We have recently completed a major building project, an extension at the front of the property, a kitchen extension at the back and to the side of the property and half of the loft has been converted. Every room changed and all windows and doors were replaced. Throughout it all from planning through to completion Building Torbay supported us in every aspect of the work. Martin was extremely helpful throughout and came up with suggestions which enhanced and complemented a lot of the areas.

We cannot speak highly enough of Russ, the Site Manager, who managed the entire project, from staffing to orders and deliveries whilst also working very hard along with the Team, plus also organising all the sub Contractors, to come in at exactly the right times. This enabled us to live in during most of the build and be on hand for any decision making.
