Currently we are using versions of Microsoft Office ranging from 2003 right through to 2016. We ask in advance which version you are using so that we can deliver training in the correct version.
Unless we’ve been specifically told by your learning and development team not to provide them (normally if they do that for you), yes, your joining instructions will be sent to you at least one week in advance of your course.
Joining instructions will confirm the date and start time of your course along with our location details. We’ll also ask you about any dietary requirements you may have to ensure our catering is right for you.
If you can bring any specific examples of the challenges you need your training to address, that’s a great help to your tutor.
There is no need for you to bring any equipment (laptop, PC, etc) as that’s all provided for you.
