MARQUEE Wealth Management (formerley known as Marquee Independent Financial Advisers) was established in 1999 by the proprietor Martin Kiernan who has been in financial services Industry since 1992.
Martin has had a vast array of experience working for big name financial service companies such as Swiss Life & Royal Sun Alliance. The opportunity arose in 1999 when Royal & Sun Alliance decided to change their focus in the UK market and gave Martin an opportunity to provide his clients with advice not tied to a product providers agenda. The first 7 years of his career gave him the grounding and experience he desired to provide him with the knowledge required to provide professional financial advice. Martin was used to dealing with all aspects of financial planning as he was a specialist adviser in the Business market and Pension Transfer teams as well as providing his own clients with the service they required.
Martin has a wealth of experience both in the Personal and Commercial arena’s and believes that Marquee is well position to provide individually bespoke advice and achieve his mission statement that is “to provide the Key to financial success”. Martin believes the key to his success is providing high quality advice during good and bad times and the relationships he builds with his clients are long lasting friendships.
Another key aim of Martin's is to reduce the Jargon and complexity, in the market and provide jargon free, clear advice that Advisers should provide, and that it is understandable for his clients. He also believes that the Administration team offer the same level of service and they have a vast array of knowledge and provide excellent administration service to our clients and are always willing to help.

As part of the Sesame network we are able to back up our one on one service with the resources of a much larger organisation, by choosing to be part of the network we have the back up of a dedicated research department, staffed with specialists in each of the major areas of finance. This valuable resource means that we are always able to back up our recommendations with the most up to date market data available.
The size of the Sesame network also means that we have access to many "special deals" offered to us by financial product providers that offer better terms for our clients than they would receive by going direct to the product provider.
