Registration is important! It could be that the registration details were not comprehensive enough to contact you. At SCSRenewals we register all support products for our customers. It is important as delays in engineer attendance could occur as a result of poor registration details.
The initial registration details (some support products cover 5yrs) have now changed, name and/or address. If you move offices, just drop SCSRenewals and email with your serial number and new address and we’ll amend the registration details.
