The firm was established in 2015 and began trading in 2016. The firm is made up of two principal members who are legally qualified to undertake transactional work, no matter the complexity. JP Goldman Limited is an Alternative Business Structure model firm, licensed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Brain-child of Daniel Hewitt and Nick Bunstone; JP Goldman was set up because they knew that they could draw upon years of experience to develop a service that was unique. JP Goldman understands that communication between all parties in a transaction is key and more effective communication can be achieved by having more time to spend with each client’s file. We don’t spend time fighting other parties in the transaction; we work with them to ensure that all parties are up to date so everyone can assist each other in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion.
It is therefore JP Goldman’s decision to limit the amount of clients each fee earner will look after at any one time. Fewer client’s per fee earner means more time dedicated to each transaction which equates to a better quality service overall.
JP Goldman Ltd works closely with estate agents and other parties involved in transactions which ensures all parties are up to date and aware of outstanding matters. This often helps transactions to move more smoothly.
Many other law firms do not see much value in operating a residential conveyancing section within their firm and so try to squeeze every penny out of the public. Naturally, this has a negative knock on effect for client’s. Not only does JP Goldman see the value in running a conveyancing section; we specialize in it. We do not over charge, we have no hidden fees and we do not try to take on as many client’s as we can.
