This unique product by Royal Stable is a mix of RS Pure Chop combined with wood shavings. With all the absorbency and respiratory benefits of RS Pure Chop, the addition of wood shavings means this product has extra softness. All wood shavings are dust extracted to create this superior product, RS 50/50.
Chopped Straw has been a traditional bedding product for many years and gives a super all round performance. RS Pure Chop is made from Oil Seed Rape Straw and is one of the most absorbent of all chopped bedding products on the market.
With 30 horses on the yard consisting of full liveries as well as my own competition horses, bedding needs to be top quality, reasonable and provided by a reliable company. It’s not just about the horses, I am asthmatic so previously I had to wear a mask when mucking out! The Royal Stable products are put through a rigorous system and are entirely dust free, the improvement in respiratory health, foot health & my health have been very noticeable! RS 50/50 is the perfect combination. We used to use shavings, which are so light and fly away, it’s impossible to keep the yard clean and tidy. The RS 50/50 is still light and fluffy for the horses beds, but so much more manageable than pure shavings. The yard is spotless so I am happy. The team at Royal Stable are always at the end of the phone the deliver on time and the drivers are helpful & happy! They also provide a moffet so no more unloading by hand! The team are thrilled.
We are very excited to be working with Royal Stable, we believe in the bedding and think it is a fantastic product.
