At our client’s request, rabane financial will negotiate and structure the acquisition process through our preferred reputable legal partners who structure loan agreement, joint ventures, licence agreement, etc.

On behalf of our client, rabane financial can structure a complex and robust application for site funding up to 100% of all costs subject to sufficient additional security being offered or up to 70% Loan to Value standalone.

rabane financial offers a cash flow funding model which is unique to each Real Estate development and controls funding exposure whilst allowing the development to progress.

rabane financial can package applications to restructure site and development debt into a long term affordable commercial loan. In most cases, this debt is serviced by a rental sweep portion from the underlining Real Estate agreeable by our client and funder.
