Robin believes the Matrix7 approach is effective because it addresses all the key factors for effectiveness and success rather than just focussing on one or two elements. Secondly we always provide the option for ongoing coaching support to help embed changes.
Clear mission and sense of purpose
Robin has 20+ years working in the corporate world. This has helped develop his business, management and leadership skills, and has seen him build high performing teams, run successful projects and work closely with some large companies as well as many UK small and medium enterprises.
His corporate career also involved product and project management roles as well as heading up a marketing department within one of the UK leading blue chip telecommunications companies during which time that department’s revenues increased from £40m to £750m. Robin also served on the Board of the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s Housing organisation, Ascham Homes, as a non-executive Director.
Robin is now Managing Director and founder of Matrix7 Limited, a company he set up in 2003 to provide coaching based development services to professionals. He specialises in helping people and teams become more effective. This often includes exploring leadership, work-life balance, team development and communications.
Robin has worked closely with a number of clients which include high profile charity organisations, company Directors and Executives in medical, telecommunications, education, sports and financial sectors, management consultants, teachers and sportsmen. Robin has also coached year 10 & 11 students in a state secondary school in Essex through Hanover Foundations where he was a lead coach.
Robin understands the pressures, the issues and the politics of organisational life. It is his breadth of experience and interests that make him a valuable asset to have around any organisation, as he helps to elevate both professional and personal performances.
During the last 4 years Robin has worked extensively with teachers and this has led to the creation of the new high-impact, totally customisable coaching programme specifically designed for teachers at all levels. Every Teacher Matters® helps teachers to lead, manage and cope better with the highly pressured education environment.
