My company's mission is to provide a truly supportive environment for working parents to effectively juggle a fulfilling career and family life. Our core working hours are 9am-3pm with optional working during the school holidays. Additional hours can be worked from home if staff would like to. Our absence policy is also slightly unusual. If a staff member's child is sick, they can either work from home, not work if that suits them better or catch up on work in the evening, depending on the circumstances.
