Originally from West Africa, Mo built on his education in a private Catholic school to attend his country’s best secondary school. He then came to the UK where he studied International Development at UEA with particular interest in education, which has helped him build an extensive network of contacts in the education world.
Michael studied education at the University of Reading graduating with a Teacher’s Certificate with credit. He also studied the philosophy of teaching at the University of London.
Graham has previous experience as a serving RAF officer, in business as a Director for the start-up of BGL Ltd (‘Compare the Market’) he was then recruited as Bursar at a leading Suffolk Prep School to modernise the support function and bring a commercial perspective. Following this he has consulted widely with clients from Independent and Free Schools, working with the New Schools Network to advise over 250 Free School Groups and more recently on longer term start-up and improvement projects in both Independent and State Independent sectors.
David is a senior business executive having served on both private and public company boards for more than 35 years. He is an established business advisor and mentor with sound judgement and leadership skills. Politically astute and strategically aware with the ability to quickly assimilate and analyse key data.

Calvin is fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an MBA. He has been qualified for over 20 years and been working in a management capacity for over 30 years.
