Mindaugas is a co-founder and CEO of Insoft. He is responsible for the company’s development in its key markets: local and central government, police and law enforcement agencies.
David is the Managing Director at Insoft. After a military career, David qualified as a lawyer with a U.S. law firm.
Recently David has worked on the senior management team of a U.S. VC backed consulting firm and contributed to its successful acquisition by a UK based private company in 2014.
Today he is the Non-Executive Chairman of ClearStar Inc. and the NED of Rosslyn Analytics, both listed on AIM. He is also an advisor to Parago Limited, the cloud based education market asset management company, and Voyage Branding and Communications.
Vaidas is a co-founder and Project Manager at Insoft. He comes with extensive technical and business knowledge from his 20 years of experience in IT.

Justas is the Project Director at Insoft. He is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects. Justas is also responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that cross multiple business divisions.
