We have a large range of equipment so we can cater for a small function where only a small set up is required to a large set up for an outside event. On top of the equipment we can personally supply we are able to source much more from trusted reliable companies we work closely with for much larger events.
This Booking Contract is for final confirmation of your disco. Please make sure you have contacted us before you send us this booking form and agreed a price & all arrangements.
Once both this contract & specified deposit are received you will be sent a confirmation email for your records. Your disco is then reserved in our diary and we will only make additional contact in the event of any questions we have.
Please note that by submitting this disco booking you are entering into a contract with SMSounds to which Full Payment is due. All cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your disco. Failure to do so incurs full fee charge. All deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (A nominal percentage) at our discretion.
