Turbo Synthesis Ltd., is a new and exciting UK based designer, manufacturer and distributor of test equipment for the turbocharger re-manufacturing industry worldwide.
The company is the creation of Gareth Cole and was born from the desire to fulfill a gap in the market for a compact and efficient flow bench at a price point that anyone in the turbocharger re-manufacturing industry can afford. Our initial product, The BenchFlow 2000 meets this criteria. This product was successfully launched at ReMaTec 2015 and is now being used by re-manufacturing companies in over 26 countries worldwide.
It is the goal of Turbo Synthesis to continue to design and develop the equipment that the re-manufacturing industry needs in a compact, efficient and accurate format.
At TSL we have built a team of dedicated professionals, committed to designing, manufacturing and distributing innovative and economical products for the automotive re-manufacturing industry.
Collectively the TSL team has vast experience in the automotive re-manufacturing industry, manufacturing, distribution and business development.
Back in the eighties I was heavily involved in the ‘computers for schools’ program in the UK, assisting both Acorn computers and Acornsoft in the installation and commissioning of BBC Micro’s in uk education, running several seminars and numerous teacher training programs.
More recently I spent many years at Turbo Technics, latterly as their Senior Engineer, before leaving in 2015 to set up Turbo Synthesis, a company designed to provide low cost high efficiency machines and equipment to the turbocharger remanufacturing industry.

Our principle employees and directors have over 4 decades of experience in the automotive, automation and turbocharger industries to help us achieve our goals.
We recognise that any machinery has two principle costs, those being the initial purchase cost and the subsequent operating cost. Our machines are designed from the outset with both in mind without compromising product quality.
Because you buy a machine once, but use it thousands of times, we aim to provide equipment that has the lowest possible operating cost each and every time you use it. We also aim to make the equipment as accurate, quick and simple to operate as possible, saving you both time and money.
