Bush & Associates isn’t as old as that, but since 2000 we have been providing a wide range of insurance solutions for a wide range of risks. Based in modern offices between Brighouse and Huddersfield, Bush & Associates are ideally situated in the heart of West Yorkshire. Though we posses local knowledge, we welcome national clients and continually pride ourselves on providing clients with great service and great insurance. In 2015 we became a limited company, under the name of InsureFirst, and the rest is history.
At Bush & Associates, we remain independent and provide great insurance cover with an unbiased and extensive general insurance advisory service. We’re consultants, not salespeople, and our focus is on delivering you insurance that meets your requirements and gives you peace of mind.
Our friendly team provides a prompt and efficient service with a dedicated account handler for every client. Your account handler will be at the end of the phone to offer you independent advice and help on every aspect of your insurance cover, whether Personal, Commercial Package or bespoke Corporate. We can even provide specialist covers such as Brewery Insurance and Care Home Insurance so whatever your needs, do not hesitate to get in touch and take advantage of our general insurance advisory service. In the event you need to make a claim, we’ll be there to walk you through the process and reach a fair settlement with your insurer.
It is our intention to provide you with the highest possible level of customer service at all times. However we recognise that things can go wrong on occasion and if this occurs we are committed to resolving matters promptly and fairly.
We are also required to inform you of the availability of the Online Dispute Resolution platform to assist you if we are unable to resolve your Complaint.
