I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent having spent 15 years working for a multi-discipline construction consultancy practice. During my time with the company I undertook a degree course achieving a BSc in Construction Business Management. I also gained experience in a variety of construction projects ranging from £100,000 to £20,000,000.
I set up Hammond Properties over 12 years ago and began building the company with a small, but experienced team. My work in the construction surveying industry combined with my experience as a landlord has been fundamental to achieving the high standard of services we offer and aided the growth of the business. As well as managing Hammond Properties I continue to work on projects within the construction industry for various clients overseeing the construction of new developments. Work keeps me extremely busy but when I do get time I enjoy football and exploring European cities.
I joined Hammond Properties in 2014 with over 16 years' experience in accounts and administration and now specialise in the lettings and block management field. As part of my job I enjoy meeting current and new clients to assist them in managing their portfolio. I work hard to provide an efficient and high level of customer service to both leaseholders and tenants in order to build positive client relationships. Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my family, particularly at the local park in Sidcup where I live.
I have several years of experience working for a major Housing Association in the property market where I dealt with the legal requirements for obtaining properties back through the courts. At Hammond Properties I manage the day-to-day running of the business, in particular ensuring rents are paid on time. Outside the office I love spending time with my son and family.
