ABOUT PHYSIO & FITNESS LIMITED

PhysioFitness is the private physiotherapy practice of John Manders who has been providing physiotherapy services for more than a decade in and around the Maidenhead area. He formed the company more than 10 years ago in order to bridge the gap between injury and getting back into normal everyday life, whether that be just to be able to walk the dog or complete high level fitness activities. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist he had extensive experience as a Fitness Instructor for a large Private Health Club in Maidenhead. He therefore uses this knowledge to ensure all aspects are covered in the recovery from injury back to full fitness (Hence the name PhysioFitness).

He continues to work there on a part time basis attending regular in-service training sessions and courses for continuous professional development ensuring he provides the most up to date evidence based practice to his patients both at the Police Rehabilitation Centre and in the private physiotherapy setting at PhysioFitness in Maidenhead. For the rest of his time he focuses on private physiotherapy to people in and around the Maidenhead area with appointments available in the day time, evenings and weekends.

John works absolute miracles, cannot thank him enough. Very friendly and supportive in making you feel better physically and psychologically too!.
