ABOUT DESIGN TEAM HOLBORN LTD
This design bundle includes everything you would typically expect to find in RIBA work stages A to G. This bundle provides you with all of the necessary information to satisfy your local council and building control, and to build with a competent contractor. This is our most popular bundle and is perfect if you want to prepare to build, but aren’t in too much of a rush. We develop your design with you, take you through planning and complete your structural calculations and building regulation drawings.
Some clients are undecided on the build, and they want to experiment with drawings and planning approval prior to committing to any of the build costs. If this is the case, then look no further than our Planning Bundle. We develop your drawings with you and submit your plans to your local council. When your scheme is accepted, we would love to help with the next steps but it is completely at your discretion as to whether we continue.
